Ranjit Kumar Pachnanda

Ranjit Kumar Pachnanda is a Non-Executive and Independent Director on the Board of our Company and a distinguished former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer with over four decades of experience in public service, national security, governance and administration.
He has held several senior positions, including Security Advisor to the Chief Minister of Assam; Director General of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF); Commissioner of Police, Kolkata; and Superintendent of Police, CBI, Chandigarh. He has also served as Chairman, Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC), bringing significant expertise in public administration, regulatory governance, and institutional leadership.
He is a First Division in BA Economics Honours from St Stephen’s College, Delhi and an LL.B Gold Medalist from Panjab University. His academic background further complements his distinguished career in administration, policing, governance and law.
